Esconite methodology is based on a comprehensive 5 stage process that has been developed to guarantee the delivery of successful projects. At Esconite, our development methodology has been tested and proved over time. Now it is a standardized process that we follow to ensure the success of every project that we undertake.

Our modern approach and proven methodology ensures that our clients receive amazing results that are particularly designed to fulfill their specific needs. Our Esconite Methodology includes the following process:

Requirement Analysis:

Esconite marketing executives will initiate contact with you to get a better idea of what your requirements are, and will come up with a solution tailor made to your needs. Esconite work closely with you to document the project scope and vision: user classes are identified and business requirements are defined, elicited, structured, validated and documented. A Requirements Specification is the result of this process.

Planning and Designing:

We work with you closely to understand your needs and concepts of what the website is supposed to do. We get inside your business model and help you establish the scope within budget and define a work plan and detailed work proposal. Once approved, we begin the design, which includes graphic design, information design, and technical design.

Development:

The development phase is the beginning of the official build, it is during this phase that all system architecture is defined and code base built. Esconite project management team will provide clients with regular feedback as to the status of the project and delivery of key milestones. All milestone items are up-loaded to the staging environment for clients to approve online.

Deployment:

Once all milestones have been reached, the complete system is tested as a unit and deployed to the staging environment. It is during this phase that all formal testing is completed and the developed solution cleared after signoff to be deployed in the live environment. If required, user manuals and staff training are delivered at this point.

Maintenance:

As an ongoing process, Esconite manages your project from kickoff to live launch, and beyond. For a limited period of time after delivery (usually 30 days), we will watch and monitor the site for you to see that it performs according to the specs. If there is a problem with something defined in the specs, we will correct it. Upon request, we will also give you a complete set of documentation on the project.
